My Commissions

Terms of Service

➥ GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline a request if I don't think I'm able do it

  • I have the right to put the commissioned works as my portfolio

  • Personal use only (except emotes), for commercial use please discuss with me first!

  • Minor revisions are fine (ex: change of color), additional charge for major revisions (ex: change of pose)

  • Payment after sketch is confirmed (full payment or split payment if the amount is huge)

  • Please let me know if you don't want the art to be published publicly or there is a specific time I am allowed to post it

  • I do not accept rushed commissions and prefer not to work under a certain deadline

  • Turnaround time depends on the illustration quantity and complexity and my IRL conditions. One illustration normally takes 10 days to 3 weeks to finish

  • Once the invoice is out, I will wait for the payment 3 days max. More than that I will contact you again.

  • International orders are only done via Vgen but discussions outside there are okay! Local orders on the other hand can directly DM me through the platforms mentioned

➥ COMMISSION FLOW

  1. Order by Twitter/Instagram/Discord DM or by VGen request

  2. I will give you a form to fill out regarding the commission

  3. Please provide references (detailed references are recommended)

  4. If you are unsure on how you want the final art be, you are free to discuss with me! You can also hand it over to me completely but I prefer clear references

  5. Once you've submitted the form I will check and reconfirm to you your orders

  6. Payment after sketch is approved

  7. I will occasionally give the drawing progress, but feel free to ask the progress!

  8. Finished drawing will be sent by E-mail

➥ USEYou are not required to credit me, but I would be very happy if you do. For commercial use, there are some conditions where you must credit me.

  • Personal: Personal purpose only. Posting it on the internet, using it as profile picture (non-profitable platforms), printing and sharing it to others are allowed but any profitable actions are prohibited

  • Commercial (stream): Streaming purpose only. Using it as profile picture, branding purpose, donation & schedule previews, thumbnails, promotional etc. are allowed but do not sell them as merchandise

  • Commercial (merch only / stream & merch): You can use it for streaming/promotional purpose and sell them as merchandise

  • Commercial (projects): MV Illustrations, game illustrations, work done with team, etc.

Chibi Commission

  • Candy style is more detailed on the coloring and rendering, and the lines are smoother.

  • Konpeito style is more simple on the coloring and rendering, and the lines are sharp and chalky.

  • Emotes will be done in a combination of candy and konpeito style
